A waltz is a graceful dance, set to a beat of four. So is this easy-to-piece twin sized quilt. Make it out of scraps with your favorite border and you will be finished in time for the ball. You could also use a roll of 2-1/2" wide strips for a more co-ordinated look. Ideal for a beginner.
